FITNESS/CONDITIONING
We offer various fitness challenges and courses throughout the year. These courses are open to anyone (not just our Jiu Jitsu members) and is a great way to start working out with a great group of people. Though these workouts are challenging, we welcome people of all fitness levels, you don't have to have any experience or be in shape to do most of these workouts. (Unless specified otherwise for some more advanced courses)
We show modified versions of moves to suit every fitness level.

Our next fitness conditioning course will be 6 weeks long and run through January 7- February 15.
For this course, the class times are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7PM, Saturdays at 1130AM. Cost is $150 for the entire 6 weeks or $15 to drop in.

This course is a mixed level course, meaning everyone, regardless of experience level can do it. You don't have to be in shape to get started. The workouts can be modified based on fitness level and will be appropriately challenging for every fitness level.
The workouts are about 45 minutes long, some days slightly shorter or longer. Every day is different so things never get boring. Most days you will be getting a full body workout and some days are more core focused. Some days will be focused on high intensity bodyweight movements and others will include kettlebell exercises. You will be working hard and burning a good amount of calories.

Sign up and challenge yourself! Drop in passes can also be purchased online in advance.

Note:
Though we accept drop ins, some of these classes get pretty packed and we only have a certain amount of kettlebells.
If you are dropping in, please bring your own kettlebell as we may not be able to guarantee there will be one available for you as priority will be given to people who are signed up for the course. If you can't get your own kettlebell and we don't have enough for the whole class, you can still join us and get a great bodyweight workout. If you are bringing your own weight, we recommend a 10 pound kettlebell for beginner women, and a 20 pound kettlebell for beginner men. This is usually a good starting point for most people who are new to working out.
Refund policy:
- No refunds for drop ins.
- If you pay for the whole course in advance and decide after day 1 this isn't for you, a full refund will be provided.
- No refunds after the 1st day but if you can't complete a good majority of the course due to an unforeseen problem, we will gladly give credit for the next challenge.
