 FITNESS/CONDITIONING 

We offer various fitness challenges and courses throughout the year. These courses are open to anyone (not just our Jiu Jitsu members) and is a great way to start working out with a great group of people. Though these workouts are challenging, we welcome people of all fitness levels, you don't have to have any experience or be in shape to do most of these workouts. (Unless specified otherwise for some more advanced courses)
We show modified versions of moves to suit every fitness level.

Our next fitness conditioning course will start October 22nd and end December 1st. 

For this course, the class times are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5PM, Saturdays at 1130AM. 

Cost is $150 for the entire 6 weeks or $15 to drop in. 

If you have a kettlebell of any weight, bring it. We could use the extras depending on class size. 

Bring water, a towel is also helpful. 

No specific footwear, we will be working out barefoot on the mats.

The 6 week fall shred will consist of kettlebell and bodyweight exercises and will mostly focus on HIIT conditioning (HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training). Most days are a full body workout, though some days are focused on ab/ core work. 

This 6 week course will be challenging, and we will be going the extra mile. The workouts for the next 6 weeks are hard and this course, if followed as written, is best suited for people who have a base level of cardio. 

If you are brand new to working out, you can still come to this course as long as you understand this is a more advanced program. 

The specific moves themselves are things anyone can do but the workload is INTENSE. If you are a beginner, you can still come to this class, pace yourself and work your way up. 

No matter your level or starting fitness level, you will be sure to burn calories, get stronger and improve your conditioning through these workouts.

Refund policy:

- No refunds for drop ins. 

- If you pay for the whole course in advance and decide after day 1 this isn't for you, a full refund will be provided. 

- No refunds after the 1st day but if you can't complete a good majority of the course due to an unforeseen problem, we will gladly give credit for the next challenge.
