FOR JIU JITSU AND BOXING:
After you schedule your free first class, show up to class wearing comfortable workout clothes. Bring water and flip flops/sandals to wear off the mats.

JIU JITSU:
Our Jiu Jitsu Memberships include access to every class we have to offer, including morning and evening beginners and all levels Jiu Jitsu classes, all boxing classes, yoga and fitness/ conditioning classes.
Regular Membership Price:

Family Prices:
1st Person: $120Month
2nd Person: $100/Month
3rd and any additional person: $75/Month

Free if you commit to minimum 2 classes a week.

FITNESS AND CONDITIONING
Drop in rate: $15/ per class
We offer a variety of 4-6 week fitness and conditioning courses and challenges throughout the year. These classes are open to anyone, you don't have to be signed up for Jiu Jitsu or Boxing to attend.
You can come to these classes as a drop in, or you can sign up for one of our courses here when we offer them. You can also drop in.
BOXING:
We now have a boxing only membership. This membership includes all of our boxing classes, open gym times as well as sparring nights.
We are a USA Boxing gym, note that if you want to spar you will have to sign up as an athlete on the USA Boxing webpage before you can attend sparring sessions.
